Our Backstabbing Neighbours

Dear Indian Citizens

Today I just happened to read fully about the IC-814 Indian Airlines that was Hijacked in Kandahar in 1999. I also watched the documentary on National Geographic Channel.
Most of you might already know this but I still wanted to share with you since if we dont learn from our past mistakes we will be forced to repeat it and face the consequences.

I was surprised by the following findings :

1. The Plane took off from Nepal and entered Indian air space around 5:30pm evening. Thats when the hijackers took control and diverted it west hoping to land it in Lahore. But due to lack of fuel it was decided to take the plane to Amritsar for refuelling but was aborted at the last minute as the hijackers feared being immobilised at the airport. The air craft didnt land and took off to Lahore.
At Lahore the Pakistani authorities too shut down all the lights initially but finally allowed it to refuel as the plane was about to crash land. Here the Pakistani officials cruelly rejected the pilots request to offload some women and children as they said relations between India and Pakistan were tense! They wanted this to play out so that the outcome would be maximum casualties in the form of innocent passengers.

This was the first backstab we got from our neighbour.

The next thing that happened was the plane was taken to Dubai where it again refuelled and some passengers were released due to mounting pressure on the hijackers. Here the Indian officials wanted to plan a commando operation but was rejected by highly placed Islamic officials who didnt want to kill their muslim brethren. This was the second backstab we received from an Islamic nation and neighbour.

The Flight finally took off to Kandahar. Here too the Taliban Militants with average IQs did a Coup de grace or shall we say the Coup de maytre where the Taliban pretended to be helping us negotiate and get the hostages released and at the same surrounding the aircraft. So if they withdrew the hijackers would get a signal that a commando strike would be imminent. This effectively nullified our chances of carrying out a commando style operation. The Commandos were bought secretly on a special aircraft without alerting the hijackers on board and the Taliban was intent on blowing that cover. All experts agreed that had the Taliban not been in the middle we could have easily captured the terrorists.

The final blow came when even after all the passengers were freed and safe, the Taliban happily escorted the hijackers and handed them to Pakistani Army generals who gave them a heroe's welcome. They live freely in Pakistan. The terrorists who were released from Indian prisons carried out the worst terrorist strikes two years later :

1. Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, who had been imprisoned in connection with the 1994 Kidnappings of Western tourists in India, went on to behead and murder Daniel Pearl and also allegedly played a significant role in planning the September 11 attacks in the United States. He was rewarded secretly at an Iftaar party by Pakistani President and Army officials with the Jashn E Jihadi for his valiant efforts.

2. Maulana Masood Azhar — founded Jaish-e-Muhammed in 2000 which gained notoriety for its alleged role in the 2001 Indian Parliament attack and whick killed around 10 Indian soldiers.

3. Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar — has played an active role since release in training Islamic militants in POK.

Its also highly tragic that the Indian Govt at the time under Vajpayee was lazing around and it took them four days before they even dispatched an official to Kandahar to "begin" negotiations. what were they waiting for ? Some argue that they purposely delayed it so that the world could get good publicity of how Indians were being targetted by terrorists. The more the delay the more the breaking news hogging the limelight and reducing vote count for Islamic terrorism. I doubt it sometimes if it made any difference it only helped the terrorists get bigger targets.

This is how Israeli Air Force and Mossad would have handled aircraft hijackings as it has successfuuly done in the past.

Lets say the Hijacking was like the IC-814 at 17:30 IST

STEP 1. 18:00 Dispatch Mossad Commandos to designated Airport within 2 hours.

STEP 2. 20:00 Sneak in Commandos to surround the aircraft and below it. Mark the moving terrorists using infrared sensors and beacons.

STEP 3 : FLY 3-4 F161 Jets to fly at Mach 3 over Stranded Airplane. This would shatter all the windows of the aircraft and the terrorists wouldnt know what has hit them or has happened. The shredded glass is not a danger as they are specially customised that way so passengers are unhurt but there is total panic and confusion.

STEP 4: Commandos to immediately storm the aircraft and take down the terrorists already marked using infrared sensors.

This invovles a risk of  casualties but a country like Israel doesnt bow down to terrorist threats.
Many countries have a no negotiation policy. This leaves very little for terrorists but to blow up the plane and themselves which puts a different spin to the whole game and very few would venture out. Also the terrorists wouldnt risk their intelligent few to die this way.
Even if these countries would have released the terrorists it would have made sure they were dead after some time covertly.

Pakistan harboured and continues to harbours terrorists. It should be banned like Iran as a rogue nation.

But most Indians are so pathetically still interested in playing cricket with them when the likes of former pakistani captain javed miandad's eldest son Junaid married Mahrukh daughter of Dawood Ibrahim responsible for most of the blasts in Mumbai and India.

When will we learn from our mistakes and remove the wool from our eyes about fostering ties with Islamic Nations that foster terrorism ? !!

My Spirited Talk with a Simple Man

Spirited Talk Yesterday I had a discussion with a family friend. A retired banker who quit his govt bank job 10 years before retirement age to pursue farming on his ancestral land located in far away outskirts on the hills. He also had a caretaker to look after 10-15 cows in the cowshed while he himself toiled hands on the farm. It was his dream to do this from an early age before he even began his career. Now he was fulfilling the dream. He explained how different the mindset of the villagers and tribals there was. They had no strict adherence to any appointments and sense of time was very different from our very own. They would many a time change their decisons of making themselves available for labour work on the spur of the moment to suit their convenience and would brush away any inconvenience or grudge that you may harbour towards them like we do in cities when someone doesnt meet us at the appointed time. He said maybe they were right in their own way of life and we had no right to criticise them. He also described how they lived like beasts by hunting wild boar and eating the dead animals roasted or sometimes even raw and would mouth the filthiest of words in their normal conversations. He had trouble getting labour in those areas beacause of this attitude most of the time. We then discussed the role religions and all our scriptures had to play in our lifes. He seemed to be of the belief that all forms of God are inventions of man to facilitate the realisation of the formless ie God is only Formless. We argued that everything is form and there is nothing wrong to conceptualise God as also having a form apart from a formless aspect. He also seemed to suggest that all our scriptures are just moral injunctions about dos and donts or ethical codes. I pointed that this is not the case. The Dos and Donts were enshrined in books like the manu smritis and they are amenable and amendable. And we as Hindus dont hold it as valid in this age and time. We swear by the Constitution which is our Manu Smriti of the day and which too can and get amended from time to time to evolve with the times. We also tried to make him see the truth that in no Hindu Scriptures is it given Do this or Do that in terms of Dont Kill thy neighbour or Dont Rob as these are common sense based values which every individual recognises innately without having to be told. Even a person like Dawood knows that while he goes on killing people he would never want to be killed. So we only need to follow our common sense that ie Do unto others as others would have done unto you. This is also there in the bible. So Religion or God etc was is not a man made concept to bring fear into peoples hearts and make them do the right thing. God for Hindus is not a matter of belief unlike any other religious system. For Hindus God is meant to be heard about, seen and most importantly understood using reason and experience. All religions declares that there is one God and that One God is Jesus by the christians, the Muslims declare There is only One God and that God is Allah and no other God. All other Gods are satan. It is only Hinduism which says rightly "All that is there is God" It doesnt say "There is only One God and that God is Krishna, Shiva etc". See the big difference between the statements and fundamental tenets of other religions and Hinduism. Which is more secular. It is only Hinduism which proclaims the Truth that "All that is there is God he has many forms you may call him and worship him by any Name be it Krishna, Jesus or Allah or Buddha" Please see the big difference. Everybody including very intelligent people gloss over this statement made by Hinduism and other religions. Only Hinduims is truly Secular since it never attempts to convert anybody to its faith it allows everybody his right to hold on to his form of worship and his belief.

SPIRITUALITY 101 - MY TWO CENTS

1.Spiritual progress is actually a process of unlearning, unpinching, undetaching ourselves. Our pain is being caused by our own conscious/subconscious currents of thought which are in some sense deriving energy from us to prolong our misery. All we need to do is to drop it and stop hurting ourselves further. Our ignorance is very stubborn and deep rooted as we have learnt wrongly to assume/identify with externalities from God knows when. There are a mass of assumptions about ourselves which we have never taken the care to examine, nobody really knows how we came on to assume these erroneous notions about ourselves which we constantly entertain and we need to question some of these basic assumptions to start breaking the spell of ignorance and literally waking up from a sleep/slumber like state which is ignorance.

Ultimately we have to recognize that our evolution lies in our own hands and it is not a preprogrammed genetic function but one that involves your will/Action(self/non-self interested Action/Creativity in co-creating the future which is what scientists like Darwin etc failed to recognize. The purpose of life is to make spiritual progress and discover higher degrees and dimensions of happiness that are permament and lasting by destroying self made barriers and illusions we have been harbouring. When some barriers are crossed they don’t return anymore, just as crossing the first few barriers of waves helps one to get into calm lasting seas and there is no return or battling them again.

2.Unless we highlight the permanent basic relationship that we have with the whole/God and depend less on the painful temporary relations we have developed with people and near and dear ones it will be difficult for us to come out of the attachment born of pain and later forced detachment(death). There is one person we call God/Atman who validates and accepts us as we are and understand where our actions born of ignorance stem from including anger, violence and all negativities in life. This relation with a Higher intelligence principle transcends/defies description via verbal processes and is best intuitive like the relationship a Child enjoys with a Mother which is a-priori before knowledge of language and symbols is born.

3.Role of Brain Function Lateralisation : The education given in modern civilization especially in a country like India is too left brained(analytical/technical/reasoning based) in its approach leading to a very lopsided development of an individual. Thought these are very important in developing the positive sciences, an over dependence on this faculty makes the individual miss out on sound emotional and psychological development which needs the right brain activities in great measure. A true appreciation of spirituality can only come from integration and development of both faculties to a high degree with the focus on right brain being more important of the two.

a.Left Brain processes (Logic, Rational, Linear Reasoning, Sequential, Language (Grammar, Vocabularyl), Analysis, Verbal(Grammar, Vocabulary) Thesis-Anti-thesis, Objective, Cold, Dry, Scientific, Micro, Exact/specific, Literal, Deductive)
b.Right Brain Processes (Random, Holistic, Gestalt, Intuitive, Synthesis, , Prosodic function (Intonation, Accentuation), Subjective, Sensitive, Holistic, Gestalt, Lateral, Creative, Spiritual, Artistic abilities, Musical, Poetic, Processing of visual and audiological stimuli, Spatial Manipulation, facial perception, Approximate/General, Contextual, Inductive)

c.Integral Process – Spirituality, Mathametical Progress, Emotions

Yoga Techniques like Pranayama which try and integrate the left nostril breathing(right brain) and Right nostril breathing(left brain) and achieve Integral breathing thereby facilitating a wholistic brain process which is a pre-requisite for Spirituality.

4.Discovering Orders/Harmony – Life is about discovering, fostering an order/good health in the body and mind so as to be able to transcend it naturally/gradually which is what Good health is all about. Yoga for discovering body orders and practicing value of values(Yama, Niyamas, Asthangayogas) for bringing the mind to an order. Once things are in order these cease to disturb you though they continue functioning which is what enlightenment is about, it is NOT about trying to stop your thoughts(might be an after effect) or torturing the body but keeping them in such a good order that they don’t disturb you and allow you to focus and appreciate a beauty and mystery that is very intimate to us.

5.In all this talk of spirituality we must try and always maintain a sense of humour. Spirituality is sometimes outwardly perceived and seen as a serious worrysome business truly speaking thought it brings about a certain fullness which is associated with seriousness in our minds due to our own seriousness in life. In all the ups and especially the downswings of our karmic cycles we should try to have a sense of humour and lightness in our being as it helps us then overcome the same quickly and painlessly without adding to some amount or degree of pain that might be there. Most existentialist angst and outlook born out of the limited nature of the body and mind we possess and this tends to develop a serious outlook filled with a sense of struggle to overcome the space time limitation which is a property of the body and mind but not ourselves. In a sense the existentialists have faced this inner ghost we all possess but which most of us cover up in our daily rush and requires a certain boldness to face. But being a Ghost to the true spiritual aspirant this obstacle can be overcome through deep meditation on some of the truths about onself as mentioned in Vedanta which frees us from all space time limitations. The grace of a teacher adept at unfolding and wielding the Sastras is very essential for Jnana(enlightenment) to occur and for us to grasp these Truths.

6. Role of Pain/Suffering As already explained only some amount of existential angst can bring in us a desire to overcome these limitations which most people either try and cover up or fail to realize in their daily routine of their lives. Great stalwarts like Buddha, Eckhart Tolle underwent a lot of suffering before they completed a full circle in life and came out of the cycles of pain and suffering(rebirth). Only a great desire to become free from the limitations and slavery that we normally fall into and a certain disillusionment can give us the necessary energy to pursue a way out of this matrix. Only By embracing the pain and suffering and conditionings without avoiding them naturally will we be able to create the space and awareness and intelligence to transcend them and stay away from self created misery and suffering. The moment we develop awareness about our conditionings and pain bought out by recursive actions do we realize that we have been causing 90% of the pain by pinching ourselves. The residual 10% pain is more a healing process which can easily be borne and that too soom diminishes out once we have fully healed. In this sense the whole of living is purging out the unconscious into the domain of the Conscious where it gets scorched and consumed leaving you the awareness principle free and shine in all its glory and manifest higher orders of Being.

A NOTE ON DARWINIAN EVOLUTION - POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUSNESS

Justing doing some reading and research on how the power of the subconscious have helped many present day mathematicans like Andrew Wiles achieve some of the profoundest breaktrhoughs which 400yrs of toil of various mathematicians couldnt solve and as given below an extract titled "A Male rebel with too many causes" of a person commenting on his experience of consiousness(not acknowledged by psychologists) which provides us missing links and blasts old prison doors of our existence.

Also Consciousness studies are now overturning Darwinian Evolutionary models wherein your own creativity and effort play a role in your evolution its just not genetic programming.

A MALE REBEL WITH TOO MANY CAUSES

From what makes us Human? A Neuroscience Prolegomenon for the Philosophy of Evolution and Consciousness

A second example of the non-dualistic facilitation of creative psychotherapy occurred with a male in his late fifties. He presented himself as a “pretty smart guy” who, however had again lost his job because of his constant contending with “the bureaucracies and the powers that be until they finally threw me out” On his own inititative he wrote this account of the consciousness gap in his very successful experience of the creative process in psychotherapy.

“I felt more alive after the session today. The session was with Rossi’s mirroring two hand technique where I stare at both hands held in front of me. Today I was working on anxiety, worry and ruminations about my lack of income, money and sexual concerns in my long term relationship with my girlfriend – which was represented by my Left hand. Peace, self-acceptance, ‘circle of life’, order within chaos, “all’s right with the world” – was represented by the right hand. After 5-10 minutes of staring at my hands, they gradually fell into my lap, with the left hand below my right hand. They settled down nicely in my lap as the feeling of comfort and relaxation came over me during 10-15 minutes of a closed eyes trance state.

When I slowly opened my eyes, there was a feeling of safety and relaxation that I rarely ever felt during hour long meditations that I’ve participated in at various Buddist centers for over 20 years, usually once per week for an hour. Clearly, my unconscious mind had resolved some fears and obsessions which the conscious mind was unable to accomplish. The amazing part of this therapeutic process was that Dr.Rossi simply observed me and said nothing while I processed this experience on an unconscious level.”

This patient’s final sentence is very significant. It clearly indicates how this man was so deeply involved in his own inner experience that he needed no guided imagery, commentary, or supportive remarks from the therapist once the creative process was successfully engaged. The entire burden for effective psychotherapy, was carried by the patient’s own creative integration of intuition and thinking. Therapists are ever alert to support patients emotionally when they need it. This is particulary important during the difficult transition between stage two and stage three of the creative process, when some people experience a mild crisis at the peak of the “Period of Private Inner work & Creative replay” in figure 6a is an indication that the patient and therapist dialogue is something more than talk therapy; the typical cognitive behavioural dialogue on the phenomenological level as described by most contemporary accounts of psychotherapy. We propose that people may experience genuine transformations of Consciousness and behavior via intuitive, non-verbal processes that engage activity and experience-dependent gene expression and brain plasticity. These intuitive, non-verbal dynamics, which gave rise to this man’s “alive feeling” during his experience of healing and self transformation, appear to transcend the limitations of the typical cognitive behavioral approaches of many western schools of counseling and psychotherapy.

HOW NOT TO GO THE JACK WELCH WAY – END CORPORATE IDENTITY AND SLAVERY

Lets face it folks. We live in a world where from the time you walk into your locality or meet a group of new faces much of the time you are compelled to focus on defining yourself and most of the shame/pride is attached to your identity about what you do or where you work. You are either very proud that you work in a top MNC or you are trying to cover up where exactly you work hiding the facts as it were. This is a real sorry state of affairs and I like to think of this as sometimes as a carry over of the slave mentality when we were serving the British. We are now reduced to a nation of workers either proud or covering up our identities whereever we work. I find even the pride carried by people doing business extremely noxious as if they are doing something great by buying and selling wares or so called consultancy which is finally only trying to help some Business run those margins better and make more money at the end of the day.
The blame can be laid at the doors of our so called society aka peer groups and peer pressure that abounds in plenty and also we have our self seeking coroporations who will do anything to make you a slave a al Jack Welch Corporate regime. They want to see you hungry for money, power and hierarchy and hanker for the next higher position or raise. Only those who hanker for these things are given proper respect among the echelons of management. You become a VP once all these have got to you head as much as it got into Jack Welch’s head so much that if we study his lifestory we will find that he has turned into a human monster who has divorced three loyal housewifes (one on whom he even cheated on to get to the next one) but was more concerned with staying loyal to the same corporation ie GE. And folks this is the kind of drivel he drove into his colleagues and team members. I mean what kind of a human being would be like that. So the next time you hear of vision, mission aka corporate greed in various forms being shoveled up your ass remember they rather see you as a Jack Welch Monster adding so called value to the company than as a sane family man who wishes to spend some quality time with his family members. All corporations are now being build on these foundations howmuchever your manager lies to everyday as to how important his family is but rather stay back late hours in the name of finishing work. So he’s only trying to save his ass at the end of the day and doesntly really care for family values which he preaches to you to sound human when he is really a corporate monster.

Are you the types who have been bought up on reading up Jack Welch’s series of books. Lets face it guys whom are we trying to emulate and read. A man who would rather divorce three loyal wifes but swears by only one Company all his life. Such a person would rather be called a monster than a

HR – cant stand a guy who loves long breaks and less interest in promotion. Potential miscreant and he is made to look like a criminal and he is buffeted with theories of how you should be hardworking and the corporate profitability from your continuous working with them is more important than you getting a relaxed vacation. This is corporate selfishness cloaked in the disguise of HR policy. All work and less relaxation contributes to the corporate coffers. Damn the importance of individual striving for personal growth other than career growth. Career is everything, career is king – this is what HR would like to believe in for your salvation and make you look like a Christian sinner if you don’t believe so and their open agenda of it additing to corporate efficiency, culture(money oriented) and fattening the purses at the end of the day. If you are not motivated enough to aim to raise in the corporate ladder or you stand contended to accept personal growth over coproate growth you become a liability because management finds it hard to deal with such individuals who value themselves a lot.

Boss hooks onto your child ego and you suffer merciless at the hands of a “merciless” parent ego at work. Most Boss-subordinate relationships are a hangover of our child ego which was nurtured on parental approval. If we had a child ego which was always seeking parental approval which it never got because most parents didn’t really accept you till were a topper, that same ego is nourished and used to advantage at the corporate level where you they give make you seek the rating that they give you as “approval” or worse approval based on massaging the Boss’s ego by sticking with his workalohic nature thought you might be better off at home and could have really done the work later. The Boss tries also to make it look like his workaholic nature is a positive thing as if he were doing it for his country when the real fact is his child ego is burning its ass off to get approval from top management’s parent ego and he is trying to rub it off on you. If you try going home earlier and act like an individual and not like a child it would hurt his parent ego and that bruised ego would get to you later on in meetings wherein he would unleash his anger sometime. Anybody who has not mastered anger or rather who is prone to it is deep down very immature. Remember there is no such thing as getting angry as an action its always a reaction born of poor temparment and maturity levels. Anybody who tries to fool you into saying that he uses anger to control his suboridinates is very much like a drunkard who tries to tell you that the bottle in his hand is in his control whereas he is already a slave to the liquour inside it. No true leader gets angry fullstop. A person prone to the emotion of anger has no mastery on himself so he never be a true master of others. Whatever mastery he gets out of others is forced and he will never get a motivated team loyal to him. The team would at worst tolerate him as much as a child tolerates and manages angry parents. They have to learn clever tricks to make sure they don’t anger him and much time and efforts go into massaging his ego and making sure they are towing his line in fear of anger and reprisal than stand up as individuals.

The Way out – Develop an identity on the basic person that you are and live a Low maintenance High Happiness/quality quotient lifestyle. By low maintenance lifestyle make sure you can always do with lesser paying jobs so that you are not a slave to the money you earn or get brainwashed by your peer groups and HR departments who thrive on your hunger for more money and raises at the end of the day to make you work harder for that extra promotion which you really don’t need. What you need is individuality and self respect. Don’t shy away from hardwork but not at the cost of hard personal growth and family love and parents which you were born with to cherish and which no money can buy. Don’t become a child before your boss to fall into his weakness for wealth and power that underlie his hardwork. You don’t need his approval at a basic level or to become like him unless you naturally see some traits worth emulating, its more often the case that he needs to become like you. This is the reason why you will find your boss always speaking once in a while at least something great about themselves. This is a subtle form of asserting a superior parent ego on you and gain control of your approval seeking from him. He wants you to always look upto him/her for approval. A Good boss wont do that. He will be very objective and ensure you have a good personal growth and life other than the work you share which is a but a small aspect of yourself. Working for the immature boss is the be all and the end all. There is no space or time where you can grow into a more mature and balanced person. The Controlling Parental Ego boss doesn’t really like to see you standing on his feet and the only time he would like you standing on your own feet is when he feels he has helped you become that and you would announce to the world that it is all due to his grace that you have grown. He doesn’t like you standing tall on your own feet and you will never find him acknowledging this fact openly he would rather see you stand tall on his shoulders as that meets his ego requirements.

EVIL THE WORLD – WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Ishwara is not responsible for evil except in an indirect way. If the Universe consists of active choosing individuals who can be influenced but not controlled, for God is not a dictator, conflict is inevitable. To hold that the world consists of free spirits means that evil is possible and probable. The alternative to a mechanical world is a world of risk and adventure. If all tendencies to error, ugliness and evil are to be excluded there can be no seeking of the truth, the beautiful and the good. If there is to be an active search of the ideals of truth, beauty and goodness, then their opposite of error, ugliness and evil are not merely abstract possibilities but positive tendencies, which we have to resist.
-Dr.S.Radhakrishnan

SOURCE OF HAPPINESS

When there is contact with a desirable object or memory thereof, and when there is freedom from undesirable contacts or memory thereof, we find happiness. Such happiness is relative and is better called pleasure or satisfaction. What we need is stable happiness(shanti) which does not reside in objects. This is inherent in us. One must realize one’s own self in order to open the store of unalloyed happiness.
- Ramana Maharshi

THE SECRET OF LIFE - CROSSING THE MIND BY ENGROSSING IT

When you chant the Beloved’s Name, your mind gets enchanted by it’s sweet music and will take up the refrain. The mind is now inebriated with a strange and rare joy. Whenever it wanders, by the repeated infusion of this joy, it becomes immediately steady and placid. It is the waves of lower desires arising in it that cause this disturbance. When the mind is thus perfectly still through the power of the Name, you attain to a state of self-awareness or witness consciousness. In a subtle way, you are made to transcend the relative nature of your life with which you had identified yourself through ignorance, and come to realize that you are one with a vast
, illimitable and eternal Truth of Life.
At first there is a struggle for achieving the awareness, but by constant practice, you are fixed in this supreme consciousness and live and act always in a beatific state. Now the light of the inner witness floods every part of your emotional, vital and physical being, and a marvelous transformation takes place in you. Life is divinized not only in its inner aspect but also in all its outer expressions.
Man’s fall from the height of his spiritual glory is due to his being involved in the external changing and unstable life. Detachment or standing apart from it is the first thing necessary to be freed from the illusion sprung from it. The practice of keeping watch over the mind is a most pleasant one. This can be made easily possible when the mind is tuned to the melody of the divine name. It is then not merely a negative inner detachment but a positive experience of supreme bliss and peace. All the latent powers of the Divine are at this stage revealed and you become an all-round manifestation of the Divine. You realize that the witness and the witnessed are one; you and God are one. The screen that separated you from Him has dissolved , and you look upon all things with an eye of unity because you behold everywhere the forms of your one Eternal Beloved.
This sublime goal is reached by first stilling the mind which is done by chanting the Name. Your ego disappears, your hankering for the objects of desire cease, your sense of bondage is removed, and you swim in an infinite ocean of joy and peace, having realized utter freedom.
So, remember God, meditate on Him, surrender your life to Him and achieve the ‘summum bonum’ of your life, namely the secret of your life –God.

BOLLYWOOD DIRECTORS ARE TOP PLAGIARISTS

The No 1 plagiarist of all times is Aamir Khan followed by the Teen Patte Director Leena Yadav who claims to have written her script before the Hollywood movie 21 starring Kevin Spacey. Try getting even a drunk retard to believe that. Guys we should be ashamed that we have lost all originality in whatever we do. Its better not to do anything and fail than cheaply copy whats there outside. Aamir Khan to begin with has the highest bloated ego of all times and even Paris Hilton will get a complex from the way he thinks of his own misplaced genius or mornonity should we say. Common guys what genius lies in people who only have their bodies and muscles to flaunt and that too not created by them but passed on through genes. Such pride is also common to another dim witted moron Salman Khan and most so called Hollywood hunks. The most dim witted IQ award would obviously go to Hrithik Roshan and his dad Rakesh Roshan they don’t have brains even the size of peahead. Look at the movies they have made in the past and dumped on the public. It’s a crime to make such movies.

SHAHRUKH KHAN UNFORTUNATE HYPOCRITE

For all those of us who have lived by Shah Rukh Khans movies from our teenage years it would sound preposterous to call Shah Rukh Khan a hypocrite. But After the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai we saw a amazing solidarity among all types of citizens and its famous figures. We had people who commanded the hearts of millions coming forward to voice a message condemning such acts and also to make it clear that no religion should tolerate such bigots who commit violence in the name of religion. But where was Shah Rukh Khan he kept mum during the entire period. Silence in such matters is a kind of acceptance and who better than a public figure whom many look upto should have voiced if not in the name of anger but as a veto against terrorism of the worst form. A person of his stature keeping mum on such a matter is tantamount to silent support for terrorists on Indian Soil. This hypocrisy becomes very evident when the next thing you know is he voices criticism against Pakistani players not being included in the IPL league. No wonder the Shiv Sena lashed at such hypocrisy exhibited by Shah Rukh Khan, how could he stoop so low. He is ok with Kasab and his stooges killing all those innocent bystanders but his heart bleeds for fellow Islamic Pakistani players. Its time Shah Rukh Khan really said to all Indians “ My name is Khan and Im not a terrorist” otherwise we will find it hard to believe the same.
I fully support Shiv Sena this one instance.

Boredom

ALIENATION
I suddenly feel out of my depths in which I used to be engrossed earlier. I have come out of my addictive habits of reading books so right now no particular thoughts occupies my mind. A certain listlessness occupies the mind. Trying to fill it up with lists of things to look forward to or perform gives it a certain structure and form. Even time I am Trying to structure time and see how it goes.

I realise we cannot live without structure. We need a laptop and gadgets that provide us the framework and mode of expressing the structure. Everything is a structure which will ultimately have to collapse. Our body is one such structure which will collapse like the 9/11 Towers in front of our eyes at the time of death. It is we who lend the foundation to this structure without us they cant stand on their own. All our lives we are building such structures and living within those walls or frameworks. Finallly all has to go but the question is why do we form these structures endlessly as in why do we get reborn. They say life is not about self proving but self expression but that doesn’t keep us quiet and happy we go and stress ourselves out in seeking that expression. Its not all beauty and glory it involves so much sweat and blood and tears.

BOREDOM ABSTRACT

To different people boredom means different things. Boredom is about time structuring. Most people structure their time to avoid or face their boredom. The person sitting in a store was facing it stoically by minding the traffic ahead of his shop, off and on and diverts his mind to other things like the profit loss statement, ordering a few helpers around. He was waiting for the truck that is to arrive at his store.

BOREDOM DOG & WATCHMAN

The dog was lying soundly on the cement block. It was panting slowly but deeply showing that it only had its eyes closed but was not yet asleep. After a while it woke up and walked upto what I guess was it was its usual haunts and returned back methodically to the same place where it was initially resting obviously bored. It crouched itself again trying to bend its knee and rest its chin on the surface what seemed to me rather uncomfortably. I had an inclination to make it sleep more relaxed but didn’t know how to venture into such an act.

Watchmen generally have boredom surrounding them with really nothing to do but stare at the vacant space ahead of them with an occasional visitor passing by. Most of the time the watchman would go unnoticed by the visitors adding to his boredom. The watchman would have to muster enough energy and enthusiasm each time a known visitor walked in and expected to exchange a smile or some pleasantry. Probably over a period of time(Ovapot) they get over this habit and stop summoning that kind of enthusiasm and be prepared for any kind of backlash that may engender. One often wonders that Ovapot they would develop some low blood pressure due to energy being unutilized. Its not difficult to imagine someone going into a coma sitting for a whole day like that. I am very interested in handling such levels of boredom and whether a person can come out of it unscathed or without getting de-energised. Strictly there should be a way out but the person needs to be intelligent to figure out that method. Probably it would involve a little bit of creativity on his part to evolve a variation of his various modes of action/response and time it with the hour of day to match and harmonise with the body clock cycle in a day.
